A healthy skin is the first thing that everyone admires and wishes to have. It is very important to hydrate your skin and keep it healthy to maintain its glow. There are few key essentials one can do in order to maintain their skin health. One of the most important things is to protect your skin from the sun. Use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 and above. Apply this sunscreen every two hours and try and avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. One must cover their skin with loose cotton shirts, long pants, and wide-brimmed hats. Drinking a lot of water is beneficial as water hydrates the skin and purifies the blood. One should also add fruits to their diet to supply nutrition from the inside.
